The fifth Boxcar Children Mystery written by Wil Mara, The Rock ‘n Roll Mystery, is released.

The Draft, the first of Wil’s ‘NFL novels,’ is released worldwide by St. Martin’s Press.

Wave wins the 2005 New Jersey Notable Book Award from the New Jersey Center for the Book. It is chosen, along with nineteen other titles, among the thousands of books published from 1995 to 2005 that possess a New Jersey theme, flavor, subject matter, etc. This is the first time the Center has bestowed this honor.
